Branding through placemaking

I was tasked with art directing and designing an inviting space that fosters collaboration and a quiet space to work. The drop ceiling is reminiscent of cell patterns adds drama and visual interest while the furniture with their soft edges soften the space. The abstract wall murals consist of multiple graphical layers that represent various scientific and technological elements. The blue graphic includes multiple mathematical formulas related to the work of Twist Bioscience while the pink graphic, located near the entrance on the opposite end, integrates formulas more representative of Lilly. These graphics have been known to encourage organic conversations which have resulted in a collision of new ideas.
